BLUMENAU, 9400-B, ENCANO, INDAIAL / SC, registered in the CNPJ / MF under No CNPJ / MF under No 02.731.369/0001-08 ("Retailer") takes your privacy seriously and cares for the security and protection of data of all its customers, partners, suppliers and users ("Users" or "you") of the site "encano.lojavirtualnuvem.com.br" and any other site, store, application operated by the Retailer (herein referred to simply as "Store").

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is intended to inform you about how we use and disclose information collected in your visits to our Store and in messages we exchange with you ("Communications"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Store.

Non-provision of Personal Data
