In any of our stores you can exchange it for a product of the same value (this is if you have physical stores or a showroom nearby).
From your home. To do this, please contact our e-mail [email protected], wait for authorization and send the product directly by mail by "Freight collect" or with the carrier indicated in the contact e-mail. You can exchange the product for another, or if the exchange is due to damage, it will be exchanged for the same product, which will also be sent to your home address.
If the product has not met your expectations you can also have your money back.
You have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
